Guide Review - Review of Everyday Cool with Food Allergies

Everyday Cool with Food Allergies makes the sometimes overwhelming task of managing childhood food allergies seem simple and fun. It is a great tool to share with your child’s caregivers; teachers, babysitters and scout leaders can benefit from the quick overview of hand washing, label reading and saying “No, thank you” to other people’s snacks.

Everyday Cool is a collaboration between Dr. Michael Pistner and the authors of the other No Biggie Bunch books, Healther Mehra and Kerry McManama. The No Biggie Bunch characters explain with simple language and bright illustrations how they manage day-to-day life with food allergies. The book even manages to present an EpiPen in a non-threatening, matter-of-fact manner.
