If you follow allergy blogs you've no doubt read Sloane Miller's Please Don't Pass the Nuts, which features restaurant reviews, beautiful photography, and much more about the day-to-day of living with multiple allergies in New York City.
Now, if you live in the New York metro area (or are willing to travel), you can take advantage of a new service that combines allergy coaching and a restaurant dinner at a specially vetted restaurant. Worry-Free Dinners are open to adults and children with a variety of food allergies by membership. The next event is July 28th at Blue Smoke Restaurant and will feature a gluten-free, tree nut-free, fish-free, and peanut-free menu (dairy-free available by request). Check the website for details.
