Your Family's Allergies

Sunday March 16, 2008

One often-repeated figure is that ninety percent of allergic reactions to food are due to the "big eight" most common food allergens. However, many people have more than one food allergy, and that statistic may not accurately reflect the people who visit this site regularly. I'd like to know what allergies you're dealing with, to help me plan future articles and recipes. So if you could, please take the poll at right and help me learn which allergies you'd like to see more information on. You can choose as many options as you like. Thanks!
