If you or your child have a peanut or tree nut allergy and have ever had an allergic reaction in a public place or childcare facility, the University of Michigan and Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network could use your help. Three new self-reporting surveys are collecting data on these reactions.

If you have had such a reaction and would like to participate in these online surveys, FAAN has a consolidated list of the situations researchers are most interested in investigating along with links to the surveys.
